What we do and who we do it for
Hamel Janitorial provides contract cleaning to commercial, light-industrial, and institutional facilities in the Hamel–Medina area and the surrounding northwest Twin Cities metro. Our accounts range from 2,500 sq ft professional offices to 40,000 sq ft distribution buildings. The common thread is a written service agreement and a named crew — not a rotation of whoever happens to be available that night.
We have operated in this market for 22 years. That means we have serviced buildings through full renovation cycles, tenant turnovers, and ownership changes. Buyers who find us typically find us because a facilities director in their network recommended us after a long-term relationship.
The buyers we work with
Most of our clients are facilities managers, plant managers, school business officers, and property managers. They are not making an impulse decision. They have had at least one bad contractor before they call us, and they want to see documentation before they commit. We work that way by default — a certificate of insurance with every quote, a written scope before the first clean, and a 30-day check-in after service begins.
What we are not
We do not serve residential accounts. We do not operate 24 hours a day — our phones and callbacks run Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm. We do not offer same-day emergency cleans. What we offer is reliable, scheduled commercial service with a defined scope and a contractor who answers when you call.
Geographic coverage
We serve commercial facilities within 25 miles of Hamel, MN. That covers the Highway 55 corridor from Hamel through Rogers, the full Medina and Plymouth business districts, Maple Grove, Wayzata, and smaller markets including Corcoran, Loretto, and Independence. We do not take accounts outside that radius.
